About Prodip Saha

I have 11+ years of professional work experience including Indian & Bangladesh IT Industry. Currently I am working for PRAN-RFL group as a Manager (Head of MIS PRAN Distribution). As a Head of MIS, I am responsible for managing entire PRAN Distribution MIS & MIS team. Prior to join in PRAN-RFL group, I was working as a Project Manager at Agni System Ltd. As a Project Manager, I was responsible for managing an ERP software Development, Customization and Implementation team for a renowned garments in Bangladesh Apparel Sector. I was also involved in several projects as Software Project Coordinator / Team Leader / Developer. As a Project Coordinator (At Codemate Ltd.) I was managing & leading the development team of various technologies such as PHP, Drupal, Android, JAVA/J2EE based Web Application & Re-Engineering projects, Mobile Apps etc. During my career I was also involved extensively in all aspects of the project including Development, project estimation, planning, scoping, project management, managing client and project resources etc. I am expert in project planning using MS Project, project estimation & costing, resource management, crisis management and many other project management skills. Recently I have completed 40 hours of Project Management Professional (PMP) training from WIZARDEA. Prior to this I have successfully completed Sun Certified Programmer for the Java (SCJP). About my educational background, I have completed Masters of Computer Application (MCA) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA). My Core Competence: Project Management (Scope, Time, Planning, Controlling), Team Management (Leadership qualities, Managing people, Guiding People), Interpersonal Relations & Communication, Quality Assurance, Software Development.
