TECNHNICAL PURVIEW  Detail Engineering Testing commissioning operation and maintenance of: o Sub-stations Transformers(upto 50MVA) HV MV&LV Switchboards HV MV&LV Motors UPS Battery Charger Control panels & desks Fire & Alarm Siren system VFDs Cables SCADA & DCS interfaces with electrical equipment Cathodic protection etc o Auto-manual bus transfer inter-tripping and re-acceleration scheme. o DCS interfacing for efficient process control. o Vacuum & Air Circuit Breakers (VCB & ACB) and Vacuum Contactor. (Schneider Siemens Areva)  Handling the protective system for the following functions: o Testing and Calibration of Electromechanical and Static Relay (E.E.). o Programming of Numerical Relays using software (Schneider Siemens Areva and L&T). o Setting relays for protection of electrical equipment such as motors transformers generators feeders etc. o Fault level calculation & coordination of protective relays for over current and earth fault settings.  Studying Characteristic curves Acceleration Torque and starting time etc. and selecting as per Hazardous Area Temperature Class and Gas Grouping.  Overhauling of Motors up to 1300KW.  Participated in Factory Inspection Test (FAT) & Site inspection Test (SAT) of all project installation such as HT motor 6.6kV switchgear 415V Switchgear LT motor etc.  Performing various online and offline diagnostic tests for motors such as o Vibration Monitoring (displacement velocity acceleration). o DC Absorption Test (IR/PI measurement). o AC/DC Hi-Pot Test Surge Comparison Test Micro-OHM Measurement etc.  Expertise in reliability tools and methodology like RCA 5S etc.  Performing Transformer oil BDV testing and Earth Pit Resistance measurement by earth tester.
