I’m a healthcare quality and operations leader with 8+ years of experience driving managed care, quality improvement (QI), and data-driven healthcare transformation. My career is built on one mission: using data and strategy to make healthcare more effective, compliant, and patient-centered. I’ve led initiatives that: • Improved HEDIS and CAHPS scores by double digits through targeted interventions • Directed multi-market QAPI programs and delivered on complex state and federal compliance requirements • Translated complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives, providers, and regulators • 🤝 Built collaborative, high-performing teams that consistently deliver results What sets me apart is my ability to connect the dots between data, quality, and operations turning insights into strategies that improve patient outcomes while ensuring regulatory and accreditation success. Outside of my corporate work, I serve as Founder & Volunteer President of NovaHealth Pathways Foundation (Nigeria) and Chika Foundation Inc.(U.S.). Through these organizations, I lead community health outreach, maternal and reproductive health programs, and food relief efforts in underserved regions. Through these initiatives, I collaborate with partners to deliver outreach programs that support underserved communities.
