About Protim Bhattacharya

I am a business leader with experience in transformational and digital finance technology spanning nearly twenty years. With core knowledge and experience primarily in the digital finance - essentially digital payments and banking sector, I have focused on business transformation enabled by digital technology. With a background that spans the digital finance and banking sector I have undertaken a number of senior leadership positions at Comviva. I take pride in leading transformations, impacting accountability, productivity, & process enhancements - always being purposeful, inclusive and impactful. With 20 years of professional experience, my capabilities and expertise lie in the areas of: • Business Leadership & Transformation (Global & Local) • Digital Technology Leadership (Global & Local) • Digital Strategy, Digital Financial Solutions, Digital Payments, Digital Banking, Mobile Wallet • Business Development - using cross-cultural competencies • Diverse and Inclusive Organisational Development • Purposeful partnerships and collaboration • Business & Technology – Design, Delivery, Operations and Knowledge Management. In a volatile and complex world, which has become amplified with the global pandemic, predicting the future with precision is a risky business. And this is what drives me – asking smart questions, being insatiably curious, deeply listening to understand, do crisp analysis, envision, and co-create with my teams and stakeholders. I strive, everyday, to inspire, be inspired, lead with humility, learn from my failures and share my knowledge and skills to build and lift others. I lead with courage and humility.
