I am a learning leader and a subject matter expert with over 23 years of experience in the learning domain. I have proven capabilities in engaging stakeholders, participants, and the executive team to build and deploy efficient learning environments – a space where the organization’s vision towards growth and excellence is met with an effective end-to-end employee learning experience. In my current role as Head of Delivery Transformation in Global L&D at Ericsson, I have customised delivery systems to make learning accessible across geographies, while also transforming learning delivery to suit the post-COVID workforce’s needs – all this has been achieved with the focus on the organization’s learning needs with respect to our critical skills requirement for our journey to success. Key achievements in the role include significant reductions in learning expenditure through effective supplier management for the organisation, and the development of an Amazon-like Learning Marketplace which enables customers to make an informed choice. I am a PROSCI certified change practitioner, and my career journey has enabled me to work with cutting-edge technologies in the learning space, from SMAC stack to AI and VR/AR solutions. Diversity and Inclusion form a key aspect of the ethos of the organizations I have worked with so far. I was the diversity champion for my organization and have worked effectively towards creating a balance within the organization.
