About Prudence May

A passionate leader with 10 years of experience that believes in getting things done through collaboration and building relationships. Continuous improvement and efficiency are at the heart of how I work. I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and certified as a Scrum Master in Agile methodologies. I am currently studying an Executive MBA through AGSM. My passion is getting into the detail and being able to distill these insights across the business. I call myself a "Translator" taking technical concepts such as IT or accounting and expressing these ideas and concepts to non-technical users in a way that makes sense to them. I have expertise in managing large teams or working in non-traditional structures and cross-functional teams, ensuring the voice of the customer always is at the forefront. Being trained in agile, I am able to quickly pivot to the issue that is of most value and challenge business leaders on the definition of value. My expertise spans international finance, grant accounting and proposals, people management, technology transformation, continuous improvement projects, change management, program/project management, customer journeys, executive and board reporting, compliance management, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels of an organisation.
