With over 23 years of extensive experience in delivering global digital transformation projects, I am currently the Circularity Program Manager at Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation. My role involves leading the end-to-end digital transformation of the Global Circularity program, which aims to fortify the growth of the Circularity business by optimizing the use of resources and minimizing waste and emissions.My core competencies include Post Sales processes, IT Business Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, Environmental Sustainability, and Disability Inclusion. I have a proven track record of successfully implementing eight global ERP transformation initiatives and facilitating 12 Front Office tool deployments, covering Marketing, Sales, and Service domains. I am also a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified professional, with additional credentials in Sustainability Strategies and The Employee's Guide to Sustainability.Beyond my professional achievements, I am passionate about the concept of Circular Economy, which is the foundation of my current mission at Schneider Electric. I firmly believe in making a positive impact by maximizing the best use of our resources to create a better world for future generations.
