As a Conference/Event Producer I am responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B conferences/events across various sectors. The role includes understanding conference scope and accordingly develop the event agenda. Identify and recruit potential speakers for conferences. Develop event promotional brochures and organize campaigns to promote events. Work with sponsorship team to identify, contact and generate sponsors for events. Research and generate future conference topics ideas based on industry trends. Maintain appropriate documentation for each conference. Negotiate speaker fees and send thank you letters to speakers. Work with cross-functional teams to manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Identify marketing partners to promote events and reach targeted audiences. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities. Manage guest lists and execute the communication required for an event. Assist with site planning and confirming venues.
