About Puja Kular

A Project Manager who has a passion for delivering Projects with a Prince2 Practitioner Qualification and Change Management Practitioner Qualification. Reliable and ambitious individual, with excellent managerial attributes including flexibility and being able to work under pressure, which have been shown continuously within my role at NFU Mutual. Working here has shown me how to take control of a situation, and given me an excellent knowledge of Regulations and Obligations, which has shown with my development of becoming a Project Manager. My clear thinking, decisive decision making and reasoning skills has seen me be specially selected to work from Regulatory project to new product set up/launch to market to new financial system set up. It has evolved me into being able to communicate my ideas to all my team in all levels of the business, be able to meet demands and work to tight deadlines whilst delivering exceptional results.
