This role involves looking after day to day administrative job of the office. Preparation of JD according to the position. Responsible for End to End Recruitment. Responsible for entire pre & post joining formalities. Preparation of all joining documents including the statutory forms, offer/appointment letters. Generate salary slip & issuing code no. of new employees. Coordinating with bank for opening salary account for the new employees. Preparing & issuing confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters & warning letters. Taking care of new employee’s induction process. Updating PF, ESIC month wise through respective websites. Updating & maintenance of HR records i.e. joining records, leave records, employee database etc. Recognize & managing Training & Development needs of the employees. Designing performance appraisal forms (monthly & annual) for respective department based. Handling employees database both in soft copy & file management. Personnel file management. Attendance & Leave management. Handling employee grievances & involve in employees engagement. Calculate OT on the month end of the office staffs. Took exit interview, prepared reliving letters & did Full & Final settlements of the resigned employees.
