As an Assistant Manager at Synechron, I leverage my technical and communication skills to design and develop high-touch equity trading applications for major investment banks. I have over six years of experience in the financial services domain, working with various technologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Java, Spring, Oracle, Eclipse, Git, and Teamcity. I collaborate with equity desk traders, business analysts, development and QA teams, both onshore and offshore, to analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, provide design estimates, implement and test features, and roll out and support implementations into production. I am also involved in the migration of legacy applications to the latest technologies and IT processes, such as microservices, Spring Boot, and Jenkins. My mission is to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and organization.
