I am a Researcher and Psychologist at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Kalyani, where I work at the intersection of clinical practice and research. My role involves overseeing research projects, designing study protocols, managing data processes, and providing psychological services across a diverse patient population. My therapeutic approach is centered around individuals, fostering a safe space, and instilling empathy, adopting a person-centered approach complemented by eclectic therapeutic modalities. Formerly serving as an Educational Psychologist at DAV Institute, I worked closely with children and their families, led research initiatives, offered individual and family counselling, conducted workshops, and guided a wellbeing community, empowering and shaping rural spaces through psychological support and awareness. I have also been associated with organisations like Heyy (Singapore), where I supported a diverse global clientele, and Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, contributing my clinical skills across varied settings.Additionally, I am an avid reader and writer.
