About Pulin Shroff

My mission is to develop entrepreneurs to generate meaningful employment opportunities throughout India. Being passionate about trekking running and participating in Ironman Triathlon events helps me to fuel my mission. Growing up in a family business environment for 20 plus years I realized that many young inspiring talents have an entrepreneurial mindset and wish to start a business of their own. They are stuck at the crossroads of being unable to decide which business to start and take the risk of investing high amounts of capital. Some are not ready to take that leap of faith owing to the uncertainties of the dynamic business environment. The purpose is missing for them. That’s when I decided to start Janpro! So you may be wondering how this helps me in my mission? Well we extend partnership opportunities across India to the right candidate with the drive to grow and succeed in business. Janpro provides guidance business processes and training and support which allows their region to grow into a fantastic company of its own. Additionally we provide minimum business guarantee so you start your business with some cash flows already hitting your books. This is the icing on the cake!! It was also my mission to provide meaningful employment to the blue collared workers in India. Upskill them so that they can grow and help drive the India strong. With Janpro I have been able to do so. Janpro helps offices housing societies commercial establishments and real estate developers to maintain a cleaner and safer environment with our bespoke housekeeping and facility management services. We do this with the right processes and trained people who bring results and efficiency. Our process and approach reduces costs and improves productivity of the staff. Increasingly commercial and residential spaces like to outsource the management of their premises to professional companies who know their game. This reduces their headache of handling labour and monitoring their performance. Janpro is happy to provide the same across India. Today when I look back 7 Years a firm which started with two people has a large team all over the country which provides the skill and training to empower them and employ them at all our clients.
