Previously at Razorpay, as Principal Solutions Consultant, Pulkit led a team overseeing various business verticals such as Travel, Lending, Investments, Gaming. He drove the implementation and functional design of new products and their enhancements for online payment systems, collaborating with merchants and engineering teams. He and his team were responsible for creating business strategies to increase GMV and NR by tapping into merchants' business needs and showcasing value Razorpay would bring in to improve conversions, customer experience, ease of payments and success rates. Prior, with Deloitte, he enabled clients to do what they do, better. His role required him to ask the right questions to highlight client pain points and propose solutions for business improvement. He managed a Master Data Governance product for a Telecom Major. Taking care of Feature design, implementation and release working along with Tech and non Tech teams across geographies. He has, in the past worked with Automotive majors such as Toyota and M&M in core roles of Product Design and Development and Strategic Sourcing. Owing to being brought up in a defence family, he has had the chance to study in 9 different schools in India and abroad, has been exposed to various cultures and geographies which contribute to his forthcoming and adaptive nature. He was recommended for the Indian Navy at the 12 Service Selection Board- Bangalore. He has a great interest in the science of how things work. The essence of his work style is to always look for ways to be a step ahead of the ask.
