In my current role, I work as an End to End Project Manager on the AT & T account with experience in managing CDO projects involving Easy to Complex Software Development. I have previous experience of managing IT Infrastructure projects involving AIX & LINUX server upgrades, migrations & DB Patching. Skilled in risk management maintaining RAID logs, RISK registers and tracking them throughout the project lifecycle and developing mitigation strategies. I have framework experience of Waterfall, SAFe & Scrum which involves planning sprints via PI Planning, Sprint retrospectives and Backlog refinement. In my current role I am also responsible for creating and maintaining delivery plans, tracking application level budget, ensuring smooth deployments while working alongside BAs, developers, testing engineers and ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables following all quality parameters. I develop and maintain SLA data with metrics demonstrating quarter wise progress using Power BI and MS Excel and share them with relevant stakeholders. Part of audit team to audit internal tracking tools and report to senior management.
