I have amassed over 11 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, customer service, and aviation which enables me to synergize the distinctive features of multiple domains. I am currently leading a part of Merchant Success team at ShipBob which is focused on driving customer satisfaction, reducing churn, growing not just revenue but their business as well.I spent quite a few years in the travel space working with some of the best brands out there like Goibibo and Turkish Airlines. This experience not only sharpened my customer experience skills but also equipped me with invaluable insights into international customer operations.I truly excel in an environment that is dynamic and intersects multiple disciplines. Where every interaction can be an investment, warmth intertwines with action, and flexibility is the name of the game.
