As the Bancassurance Head at IndusInd Bank I manage white space analysis expand the business and coordinate customer interaction initiatives. I have exceeded ₹496 million in revenue which represents a 74% increase year over year as well as net profit growth of 57% and RM activation growth of 68%. I am also a strategic sales leader who consults high-level executives boosts business flows and promotes the desired product mix. I have increased the ROA by 67% and achieved the No. 1 ranking for the SBI Thane Module for two years in a row. I have also successfully transitioned to 100% digital procurement and won the No. 1 Zone Pan India for FY 14 FY 15 and FY 16.
