About Punam Odedra

With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, I’ve built a career on finding the right people for the right roles- fast, efficiently, and with a human touch. I’ve worked across both agency and in-house settings, managing high-volume recruitment from initial screening and interviews through to offer management, contracts, and onboarding. My experience covers diverse industries, including healthcare and hospitals, call centres, and, most recently, facilities management with Bellrock. I take pride in my ability to source top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a smooth hiring process that supports both the business and the people behind it. I’m also skilled in stakeholder management, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand their needs and ensure we’re bringing in the best candidates—not just for the role, but for the team culture as well. Whether it’s resourcing for frontline healthcare workers or operations staff in facilities management, my focus remains the same: delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
