With over 22 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales in the automotive and recycling industries, I am a seasoned General Manager Sales & Business Development at LICO Materials, a global leader in end-of-life lithium-ion battery recycling and reuse. My mission is to help electric vehicle OEMs, battery manufacturers, and regulators adopt and implement extended producer responsibility (EPR) policies and practices that promote circular economy and sustainability. At LICO Materials, I leverage my expertise in EPR, recycling, lithium-ion battery technology, and sales and marketing to develop and execute strategic plans, manage key accounts, and build long-term customer relationships. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet the environmental and regulatory standards and expectations of the industry. As a result, I have successfully secured and managed multiple large contracts and projects with leading electric vehicle OEMs and battery manufacturers in India, Europe & US, generating substantial revenue and value for LICO Materials and its clients.
