My journey into finance began during my early audit days at EY, where I discovered how strong financial systems, internal controls, and disciplined corporate governance can shape the destiny of a business. Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years across high growth startups and global enterprises, partnering with founders, boards and investors to build resilient, investor ready finance functions. As Finance Director at Vegrow, I led a successful $40M Series C fundraising, negotiated $10M in debt financing, and implemented a global financial structuring framework aligned with POEM and transfer pricing models. My scope spans treasury management, investor relations, compliance, legal, risk and controllership, enabling scalable growth grounded in financial discipline. Previously, I served as Chief Financial Officer at Brring Logistics, where I built the entire finance function from scratch, automating fleet tracking, implementing system-led governance, and driving cost reduction across operations. At Magna Automotive, I led capital planning, budgeting and forecasting, and working capital optimization. My foundation in M&A, due diligence, and transaction advisory was built at EY, where I advised clients in real estate, FMCG, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors. What drives me is the belief that finance shouldn’t just report performance. It should shape strategic decisions. Whether it’s raising capital, global expansion, executing ESOP structuring, or managing IND-AS conversion, I bring a blend of startup agility and audit-trained precision to every mandate. I’m a Chartered Accountant (1st Attempt), and I thrive on helping my organization scale with confidence, clarity and compliance.
