As an HR Source Advisor at VMware since April 2022, I provide exceptional service and support to employees and managers on various HR topics and processes. I leverage my expertise in HRIS systems, such as SAP/Workday and PeopleSoft, to ensure accurate and timely data management and reporting. I also collaborate with other HR teams and specialists to resolve or route cases and requests efficiently and effectively. I have over 6 years of experience in HR advisory and SAP master data management, having worked with leading organizations such as UBS and Vodafone. I have a proven track record of driving improvement through the assessment and implementation of new processes, such as the Maternity Leave Tracker portal on PeopleSoft, which earned me two Star Awards at UBS in 2021 and 2020. I have also demonstrated my ability to manage complex and challenging situations during the Covidian Era, such as facilitating entry approvals for employees from restricted countries.
