Starting as an “Associate BDE”, I quickly found myself drawn to strategic growth, market insights, and the power of data. This trajectory eventually brought me into Product Management, where I honed my skills in crafting product visions, mapping roadmaps, and driving user-focused innovation to deliver real impact. Hey Folks, It's me "Puneet Singh", Product Manager at Sudaksha, I developed a targeted IT Progress Management System, designed to assess and elevate employees’ role-based competencies. Working with cross-functional teams, we created a tailored learning solution that improved engagement and boosted ARPU by 15%. This experience sharpened my ability to balance vision with data-driven decisions in every product we launched. In addition, as an Independent Product Manager and Co-Founder of Back2Basics1, I created an AI-ML-powered platform & provided robotics and automation upskilling for students and recent graduates. This work addressed a core gap between academic knowledge and career readiness, allowing me to manage the entire platform lifecycle—from conceptualization to deployment—to deliver an interactive and practical learning experience. My commitment to growth and innovation led me to participate in BCG X’s intensive role simulations: • Venture & Business Builds: Collaborated across Strategic Design and Product Management to map customer journeys and develop feature roadmaps, gaining hands-on experience in rapid product iteration. • Human-Centered Design for Banking: Worked with Strategic and experienced designers to champion user needs, integrate research insights, and refine UX for a smoother user journey. At Citi Bank’s Markets Quant Program, I also strengthened my data-driven decision-making skills by assisting quantitative analysts in financial data analysis and market strategy.
