I am a hardcore Operations guy with over 10 years of experience in managing various formats of retail. Successfully managed stores of different outlines like QSR,E COMMERCE,VALUE RETAIL,HOME IMPROVEMENT and GOURMET. While working with leading organisations I got opportunity to develop skill required to function day to day operations smoothly. Worked on several projects to amplify sales figures and at the same time well versed with changes in modulating style of retail sector.Examples of steps taken-5K model- While managing Big Basket warehouse in order to increase the sales and better reach to market and customers we amplified the assortments and infrastructures in order to be premium choice to the customers while ordering groceries online. After finalising same we witnessed massive 300% of jump in sales from 1 cr monthly to 4cr from one warehouse.Mandi Execution- In order to increase fresh sales strategy of subconscious approach was provided to the passing by potential customers in which very vast setup was done outside the premise. Promoters were exactly behaving like what customers see when they visit local markets with family. fresh sales shoot up to 48% extra with this model.Experience to Customers- While working with premium gourmet retail we organised various live cooking shows and Liquor events in store to provide customers unique welcoming experience.I have a lot of potential in me to prove further for which I am open to work.
