Being a critical thinker and a problem solver, I love to dig into customer problem and solve them with the resources I have in my hand, To accomplish this in a more technological way I am quiet focused on learning new things and grabbing the futuristic opportunities as best as I can. I am currently working as a Customer Service and Operational Analyst in NatWest Group. My professional experience working has helped me a lot in enhancing myself and have taught me the following things about myself - I enjoy meeting with new people, taking responsibilities, learning new perspectives, chasing deadlines and find technological solutions to each and every problem Following this I am refining myself to to be a better fit for the upcoming challenges both educationally and professionally. My previous organisation, All Research Solution in which I served as a project manager has also upscaled me, and initially taught me things like team management, risk analysis etc. I have done my graduation in life sciences, and a post graduation in botanical sciences, which makes me somewhat oriented to simple knowledge to scientific things as well, and I have had the privilege of publishing the research paper as well. Moving forward I am pursuing an MBA in Human Resources and Management, through Which I believe I can upscale myself more towards the thing I love doing the most.
