IT & Telecom Professional with 20+ years of diverse experience. I believe in trying out new things: Have strong leadership experience in multiple areas - in Project Management, Product Testing, System Integration, Customer Services, Business and R&D Operations. Very keen to take up a challenging opportunity in Program Management/Business domain role. Have very good domain knowledge in Wireline, Wireless, IT & EMS products. Completed a 1 year management course from IIM, Bangalore to acquire skills in Operations & Business domain. Career Progression Details : Started career with Wipro Infotech and worked for first 5 years in System Integration & Customer Support domain. During this time, was responsible for setting up large data networks, doing network performance & security audits and winning maintenance contracts for the IT infrastructure. Switched to R&D side to experience development of new products in Alcatel-Lucent( now Nokia). Have worked with R&D teams for ~ 17 years as Program Manager, Development Manager and Test Manager for various products in Wireline and Wireless domain. For last 2 years, have been doing project management & leading delivery of Web Application Platform for Crowd Sourcing, a key innovation initiative from Nokia.
