Working in Maruti Suzuki for more than 10 years. Working as Manager in CAE Durability and Crash (Safety & Occupant Injury in ODB). Worked in Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan for more than 1 year on developing advanced CAE Durability methodologies using LS-Dyna Patents: Filed-5 and Granted-2 Software: Nastran, Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Microsoft Office, Super Element, Hyper Study, Primer. Current Job Profile: Team Lead in Occupant Injury Prediction Methodology Development Team. Correlation between CAE and TEST data. Projects: Worked on Product Development Cycle of Mini, Compact and Compact SUVs and Worked on Methodology Development on Towing/ Shipping/ Carrier Car Hook Mounting Strength Analysis in Suzuki and established correlation between CAE and TEST. Worked in collaboration with Suzuki Design Team on Global Model Development. Working on Crash ODB (Occupant Safety-ECE 94) methodology development and correlation with Test. Working to establish an Interface model for Occupant Safety in Frontal ODB. Working on Cushion and Foam material testing and CAE characterization. In-charge of financial planning and execution in department Proficiency in Japanese Language for communication. Currently learning German language. Developed Automatic Reporting Director along with Altair and implemented Model verification Director in Product Development Cycle which reduced the CAE schedule by 7%. Performed BIW and Closures Model Build up independently. Debug analysis Nastran and LS-Dyna models independently. Developed complete BIW model which includes multiple load cases. This model is used while taking countermeasures and correlate the CAE model and test results. Benchmarked model designs (in house & competitive) for Durability and Crash. Bumper Bekatsuki Analysis Achievements: Developed an approach to provide Design Solutions which are Weight effective, Cost effective and considering all the design constraints. Received Award for Excellent Performance 4 times.
