Responsibilities Handled: Ø Responsible for compilation of the entire pre-shipment and post-shipment export formalities. Ø Booking follow-ups with Shippers, based on confirmation from sales team. Ø Co-ordination of allocation of equipments with shipper and shipping lines. Ø Collecting necessary equipment details viz. Numbers, planned vessel etc. Ø Sending loading list to Shipping line & further keeping the shipper / Agents updated with SOB Details. Ø Once get the B/L instruction from suppliers to make draft B/L & Send to them for approval Ø Filling of AES For Shipment Loading from USA Ø Filling Of B-13 (CAED) For Shipment Loading from Canada. Ø Online Preparation of Insurance Certificate. Ø Maintaining proper Co-ordination with Shippers and Shipping Lines for smooth moment of the shipments. Ø Sending contr. Stuffing details and loading advice to the shippers and also keeping overseas agents posted with Pre-alert details & documents. Ø To prepare the shipping lines documents & arrange to submit for filling of manifest. Ø Tracking the shipment status with shipping line or through website Ø Prepare the freight bills / cargo arrival notices. Ø Prepare Certificate for consignee shipment going to Africa: CNCA. Ø Prepare the delivery order & release to customers. Ø Making cold calls to exciting and new customers. Ø Finding new company through various links to grow sale and business of company. Ø Taking rate from Shipping line and Quoting to customers.
