With 13 years of experience in UX design, I specialize in crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences by integrating design thinking, psychology, and technology. As a UX leader at Rakuten India, I drive innovation through UX strategy, design systems, and cognitive load reduction, ensuring seamless and impactful user interactions across digital platforms. My UX journey has been shaped by mentorship, leadership, and evangelism. I actively mentor fresh graduates and mid-to-senior-level designers, guiding them through real-world UX challenges. Risk Mitigation & Escalation – Identifying delays, risks, and concerns early and presenting them to management to take proactive measures. Task Delegation & Team Efficiency – Effectively planning and distributing tasks among teams to enhance efficiency, ensure timely deliverables, and maximize success. Thought Leadership & Innovation – Spearheading design leadership initiatives, working on design patents, custom frameworks, and libraries, with a long-term vision of open-sourcing them. Beyond design, I believe in pushing boundaries, building a distinctive personal brand, and inspiring teams to create impactful products.
