Worked with the US vendors for Availability Profitability and Selection Addition of their products through emails and calls and also helped them to fix their issues by working with multiple Stakeholders. Performed Dive Deep analyses. Communicated with the Stakeholders of different teams for process improvement. Completed Kaizen projects and also automated the tasks by working with the Business intelligence team. Handled a team of 14 Associates where I was responsible for their productivity quality and tasks. Allocated the respective tasks (multiple Market places) to the Associates during the start of the day on a daily basis. If there was more backlog in the respective queues reached out to the POCs from the other internal teams for Associates to clear the backlog. Also if there was a requirement reached out to my respective Managers to get the approval for OT to clear the backlog and monitored the OT productivity too. If there was a hit/miss or any new update for the team conducted team huddles and educated the Associates with the same. Updated the publisher reports on a weekly basis with the status of the e-books and shared the same to the TAM (Technical Account Managers) within the ETA. Properly provided ETA to the multiple TAMs for the different Market places for e-book conversion and completed them within the time if there was a revision in the ETA highlighted it to them with the proper reasons. Responsible for the internal (team) and external (vendor) monthly Ingestion Summary report. Mentored all the Associates and helped them to improve productivity and quality. Generated multiple reports for performance calculation quality improvements and other internal metrics. Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the processes.
