About Puput Nardinasari

As a Consular Assistant at the U.S. Department of State since 2017, I have been supporting the U.S. Consulate General in Surabaya with visa processing and office management. I have extensive knowledge in international travel regulations, U.S. immigration law, and visa application screening, as well as a certification in grafonomy, document verification, and money forensics from the Indonesian National Police. Prior to joining the U.S. Department of State, I worked in the banking sector for more than four years, handling both cash and non-cash transactions, maintaining client relations, and detecting banking fraud and crime. I developed skills in communication, stakeholder management, customer success, public speaking, multi-tasking, and attention to detail, as well as expertise in local and global banking regulations and standards. I am passionate about providing quality service, enhancing security, and facilitating cross-cultural exchange.
