Reasonable contribution was made towards improvement of bottom line of various clients. Inventory management improvements through inventory management ratio analysis and other cost benefit analysis. Improvements in incurring of expenditure to ensure economy, efficiency and effectiveness. Improvements its n the Internal Control System by ensuring the effective and efficient design, implementation and its continuous operation. Improvements in safeguarding of assets. During my tenure in Member Section/IFRS Section ICAI, i have been able to reduce the pendency level in the processing of member section to almost nil with minimal error. Also in CMII I had through sustained efforts been able to recover approximately Rs4, from members as training participation fee, whose earlier cheques had turned stale because of misplacement of documents by the concerned officials in ICAI. In Tax Audit Monitoring Cell, a huge effort was made by me in corresponding with members/firms for getting the information relating to the tax audit assignments, compiling them and submission to Disciplinary Section. In Accounts Section,I had managed the payroll function in effective and efficient manner-discrepancy free and timely processing of retrials, monthly salaries (including increments, arrears on account of promotion,one time payments and deductions on account of TDS. loans and advances,PF etc.), processing of Tax declarations and maintenance of payroll records. In Disciplinary Section, i significantly contributed in framing of prima facie opinion of whether the member is guilty of professional misconduct as per the various clauses specified in the relevant Schedules of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Suggestions and its implementation with regard to completeness and timeliness of financial Books of accounts information system and hence financial statements 7. As a team leader of BRDS Public Financial Management and Technical support consultant team was instrumental in development of Accounts Manuals, Chart of Accounts, development of SOP’s, Financial process reengineering and basic accounting and Tally accounting training to BRDS staff.
