About Purbo Lestari

A bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications. I always try to learn new skills add like to try new challenges which I can develop myself, my career, to achieve my goals, as well as achieving the goals of the company Im in. Working almost 16 years since Feb 2007 give me many experiences. I used to be an ATP engineer for commissioning telecommunication devices in telco industry, used to be as database admin at utility company, as an IT supervisor, billing supervisor, performance data analyst and now as a manager of subsidiaries performance control in PLN. Support and involve in KPI Stream since define KPI thru implementation of PLN big milestone, that are SOLID ( Securing Business Sustainability, Optimizing Cost Efficiency, Leading Industry Capability, Increasing Profit Contribution dan Developing New Edge) since 2018 up to 2020 and PLN Holding SubHolding since 2022 until now. While, now I assist a project of performance dashboard system that will brings a company toward SSoT thru integrated digital performance management system with several stages in multiyears.So that the company may adapt and absorb any change both from external and internal context that captured in strategic initiatives nor captured in RKAP, RJP and RUPTL including shareholder’s aspiration.
