I am having > 25 years of professional experience in the implementation of SHEMS (Safety Health & Environment Management Systems), Legal Compliance, Policies, Procedures, Standard (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, OISD, BSI etc.) & Guidelines. I have developed and maintained the ERP- Mutual Aid, Training and Competency System, HSE performance management system, Sr. management involvement in HSE issues, Audio – Visual induction, CSR activities etc. I have enriched experience of HSE aspect in Oil & Gas, E&P (Exploration & Production), Off-shore & On-shore Oil & Gas Operation / Project, Drilling, Seismic Study, Work Over operation, Refinery Operation, Chemical and Petro-chemical Operation, Grass root Refinery projects and facilities in all phases of construction, commissioning, production, process, operation, expansion and mega Refinery turnaround (Shutdown) etc. I have been working with ZADCO at ZIRKU Island and actively involved in BRFP Projects – Responsible for ZADCO HSE procedure compliance, PTW System auditing for implementation, Golden Rule of Safety implementation, Waste Management, Health & Hygiene etc. I worked in SABIC in KSA and involved in SHEMS review, Auditing, Training, MIS etc. In GSPC - Niko Resources Limited (Incorporated in Canada, Hazira Oil and Gas Facility, JV Hazira Block) worked as HSE Manager (Department Head) and fully responsible as well as accountable for HSE issue. I was nominated as Compliance Officer by NIKO Directors. I was reported by Nos. of HSE professionals. Prior to Niko I was with Reliance Industries Limited (Petroleum Division), Jamnagar, India a world largest grass- root Refinery for > 9 years and left as Manager Safety (HSE). In all the Organizations I was directly with the Client.
