In Accenture, we deal in the supply of spare parts of medical/non-medical devices such as X-ray machines, Ultrasound machines, MRI machines, CT-scan machines, etc. We procure parts from suppliers, maintain inventory, manage orders, create deliveries for customers and work with carriers to make sure that part is delivered to customers in time. We also resolve customer queries over Lync and Emails proactively. Additionally, we create daily, weekly and monthly reports such as Louisville missed order communication reports, etc. We also work upon missing shipments, wherein less quantity of parts is delivered to a customer or the whole package is lost in transit. We create incidents and work with carriers to provide updates proactively. Additionally Procuring parts from Vendors/Suppliers. • Maintaining and managing inventories. • Creating purchase orders in SAP as per the work instructions received from the scheduler. • Arranging stocks for key markets/field service engineers as per their requirement across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific • Following up on the back orders and ensuring the stock gets delivered as per the requested delivery date. • Following up with vendors/suppliers for overdue orders for expediting stock. • Arranging stock from one warehouse to another by ways of Purchase orders/ sales order creation, stock transport order creation, drop/direct shipment creation, etc.
