Leading a journey of Ascension and goals to spread the best mental health hacks and tricks that one should carry in their day to day life. After Deep diving more into the inner self and by knowing the universal calling, I landed up to Life Coaching and have set up my own startup, to help humanity and align people's goals towards better deeds with an intent to implant sweet seeds to create a better world altogether. From a People and Culture positions in my past corporate jobs, I somewhere realized that I was not fulfilling it to the best of my abilities and should start by reaching out to each individual and touch a million lives instead of dealing with the limited strength under corporate environment. I have dealt with 5k+ clients at a global level till date and helped them to identify the root cause of their life concerns (A part of grievance handling but for a social welfare now). I practice and guide, with the help of Vedic and modern astronomy. In return, I identified a major success rate. The smiles after sessions and happiness of my clients or my extended family now helped me to identify my real-life purpose or destination. Today, I'm happy that I'm following my passion in a more meaningful manner and with better efficiency that too with tangible results and Yes, fulfilling my soul's KRAs on the spot! Specialized in handling the entire life cycle of an Employee - Orientation, Onboarding, employee relations, PMS, HR software integration & implementation, employee development, and grievance handling. I have been contributing to counseling, rewards and recognition, retention discussions, exit Interviews, HR Audits, reporting, and HR Data analysis. I have handled recruitment & Selection also for the entire organization and have been a single-window HR for a maximum of 600+ employees. I believe in creating a home environment balancing a passionate spirit and reaching a common goal with no differences at the workplace, an employee spends 9 hours of their daily hours at a workplace with their colleagues where he or she expects equal care, comfort, and belongingness. Commitment with determination leads to productivity automatically, where the environment is healthy, safe, and equal for all.
