• Working as an SAP application user for Pratt & Whitney Canada for their Purchase Logistics and Supply chain activities. • Functions include receiving Materials requirement plan (MRP) sending RFQs. • Prepare comparative statements Placing PO s Inventory Control maintaining safety stocks and ROL data base for all aero engine materials. • Looking after all supply chain activities of Plant – 5 Montreal Canada (PW&C) as an off-shore Associate. • Updating Of fleet & Low Cycle Fatigue materials utilization in EMA application. • Forecasting Future maintenance expenses & Intimating Customers & • Coordinate For Engine maintenance & its expenses vice versa for Lease co engines • Ensure Core & Lease co Engines are shipped on time. • Generating Life of Plan & Fleet profile Form for a particular Contract • Generate Operator Review Report & analyze the Actual v/s planned cost of Maintenance & Revenue. • Share the data with CMs Program Mangers & Engineers Analyze and track for the initiatives share the same with Infotech Engineering & Commercial Team ensure for the Support. • Ensure Business Productivity by use of Process Management which is a part of UTC Quality Management System known as ACE(Achieving Competitive Excellence) Specialties: SUPPLY CHAIN MANGEMENT & PROCUEREMENT
