Currently working as a Senior HR Executive at Lenskart, I’ve led end-to-end hiring for critical corporate and CXO-level roles, streamlined interview processes, and enhanced candidate experience—from initial engagement to onboarding. My previous experience at KPMG has sharpened my skills in structured assessment processes, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations. These roles have instilled in me a deep appreciation for precision, responsiveness, and ethical hiring practices.
