About Pushapjot Kaur

Pushapjot is a punctilious person who is a big believer in talking less and doing more. Currently, as an HR Generalist, she works with various teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires as well as initiates and processes changes to employee data among other things. A Business Administration graduate from the University of Winnipeg, her interests lie in Human Resources and Religion Studies. A nature enthusiast and animal lover, she loves spending time outdoors going hiking, canoeing, and animal sightings. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Specialist, she worked along with the Training team to develop learning material and provide feedback to the Operations team to maintain service levels. In her other previous work endeavors, she has worked as a Customer Care Floor Supervisor at SkiptheDishes, where her duties included collaborating with over 800 team members and running the day-to-day operations. She was also responsible for organizing informative sessions to improve the process knowledge of co-workers along with resolving escalated customer issues to retain customers and building long-term relationships. She has also worked as a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret and Guess Inc. Working there helped develop her People skills and gave her exposure to different areas of store operation like Sales, Inventory, Marketing, and Recruitment. Not only is she great at multitasking, paying close attention to details, and content writing, but she has excellent time management skills. Pushapjot is now pursuing a career in Human Resources and looking forward to gaining knowledge and experience in different HR fields like Employee Relations, Immigration, Compensation, and Rewards, etc.
