I have delivered several successful transformation programs through business case development, vision and roadmap design, planning, governance, execution, benefits realisation, tracking, management reporting, change management, deployment, rollouts and support handover. A bridge between business and technology, I revel in bringing the threads together to orchestrate transformation objectives. I rely on business-process-technology experts and value their expertise, but love to remain waist deep in details to influence and nudge for expedited outcomes. When I am not working, I can be found reading fiction-non-fiction, writing prose or poetry (Yes! I have written a novel ‘Freedom drums of twilight’, over 150 poems, 5 short stories); singing Hindi songs from the 60s-70s; cooking-gourmandizing; nurturing delusions that I could bowl like Michael Holding.
