More than 19 year of result oriented experience in operation of Alumina refinery. Extensive experience in Low & High Temperature Digestion Operation.A Competent,Result oriented, proactive and hard working professional with Diploma in Chemical Engineering including 16 years of achievement driven experience in end to end Production management, Project Management, Production Planning, Erection/Commissioning in Alumina industry and man supervision in the manufacturing environment.I am presently associated with 1.5 MTPA Greenfield alumina refinery of AnRak Aluminium at Visakhapatnam leading project execution for the predisilication, Digestion,Settler & Washer,Diaster Filter and red mud pond areas. I enjoy extensive experience in green field project by leading a team of high performance professionals and have demonstrated abilities in enhancing operational efficiency and cost advantages.As a Project team member, I have proven abilities in achieving superior project benchmarks with quality standards and delivering the predefined project targets within the stipulated deadlines. I have a strong exposure in developing and maintaining quality systems and procedures for the company. I got opportunity to layed 1.0 mm HDPE lining in Red mud and Process Water pond area arround 10.0 Lacks Sq. M including civil work. I have already done the HDPE lining work within time period with all safety & environment features. Extensive experience in managing operations with optimum process controls for the production of various standard and specialty grades of alumina & hydrates meeting volume, quality & cost metrics. Adept in developing and implementing SOPs and HSE policies leading to consistent high performance with zero accidents/incidents. Skilled in leading, motivating and monitoring professional teams and workforces maintaining cordial industrial relations and eliciting superior performances.
