About Pushkaraj Badbade

I am a Sr. Solution Architect focused on Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and developer for Data Science practices. In this role I lead company’s Business Analytics vertical for external customers, overseeing a team of 8-10 professionals working on diversified skill-sets along with managing the project deliveries. Our most exciting work to date was delivering entire BI enterprise application along with server installation, modelling, development within extreme timelines including 5 various modules which are delivered to the customer. Not only did we have fun developing these modules, but also we found that project rewarding to see the results and exploring individual’s capabilities. I have worked in various technologies primarily in Business Intelligence as a part of Analytics vertical in Tata Technologies Ltd and was lucky enough to work with esteemed clients like Tata Motors Ltd, AXA-UK healthcare (Customer of TCS), Abdul Latif Jameel Ltd, Saudi Arabia, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India and Hyundai Motors India Ltd. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other colleagues in the industry. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favourite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part. Thus, it becomes easy to understand the business requirements and implement them using tools and techniques available in market. I have an certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner from AXELOS and B.E- Mechanical from Shivaji University.
