I am an explorer! I love exploring new things and new ways of doing things which lead to betterment, enhancement, enrichment. ultimately to more meaning, more value, more satisfaction and more happiness. I believe personal and professional values of any individual are quite same! And I also believe that these values make the real impact; qualifications are just good-to-haves! Our peculiar blend of values make us so unique in this world or in this 'talent pool/job market'. Excellence, integrity, trust, teamwork, communication and strategic mindfulness are some of my values. The values and the invaluable past experience orchestrate the so called 'inner voice' that mostly leads one to the better choices, better decisions! I personally take this voice seriously! By the way, techno-managerial roles are my personal favorites! Be it implementing a cross functional change management topic or be it exploring optimization through supplier innovation for a super technical component or be it an individual project with detailed analysis, I enjoy variety! Generalist are in great demand today who can dive deep 'selectively' keeping the broader picture in mind, I am one of them! Half a year on the Mercedes-Benz' shop floor was a quick but amazing 1st teaser of dynamic professional world and of world-class engineering business. Then, during ~4.5 years of Cost and Value engineering at German Technology Powerhouse, I got chance to contribute across Siemens businesses and handle multiple country wide techno-managerial projects in SCM functional excellence domain. Every time while returning from HQ in Munich to India, I have carried back enriching learnings, diverse perspectives, working styles and behavioral aspects. This motivated me taking up the next role in new environment, new responsibility in Germany to fulfil my hunger to explore! Last 3 years, building a fresh new personal-professional life in Germany has been wonderful experience. At Innomotics HQ, it is fascinating to see new products getting developed from scratch, new optimization techniques being explored, new procurement strategies emerging as per dynamic business situation! Looking forward to more exploring, building the future, delivering the value by contributing my bit.
