When I was 10 years old I was chosen to serve as the coordinator and leader for a team of 5 students in my class during one of my school's annual events celebrations. As I have always loved to be a people person since I was little I thoroughly enjoyed being a coordinator. That is when I discovered how to turn a play performed by a group of people into a prize and accomplishment. I then advance my organizing leading and coordinating abilities from high school to college where I served as a volunteer event coordinator and leader for many technical and non-technical events which helps me develop my soft skills like 1. Strategy execution These encounters have stoked my passion for working in a field that involves managing teams projects and people. I began my career as a support engineer where I had the opportunity to communicate with different people from all over the world comprehend their problems and then find solutions. This experience helped me develop more objective analysis and issue evaluation skills which in turn helped me become a better problem solver. Then I proceeded on my route to becoming a project coordinator at a firm that develops mobile and online applications where I am skilled in: 1. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate 2.
