My dexterity lies in leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, launch, and manage projects across Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Consulting & Strategy. Currently I am working as AVP at Paytm, leading the P&L management of the Enterprise Business unit, which comprises 9 business lines. Before joining Paytm in May 2023, I worked as AVP Commercial Finance, Pricing and Strategy at Pine Labs, where I managed the commercial initiatives and revenue optimization across the company's product lines. I also have diverse experience in banking, manufacturing, and defense sectors, having worked with SBI, GE and Indian Navy in various roles. I hold an MBA in International Business from IIFT Delhi, an Engineer's Degree from JNU, Indian Naval Academy, and a CFA designation.
