About Putri Pradani
When I was in Senior High School, I was inspired by MotoGP and decided to look for career path that has connection with machine and process. This inspiration took me to my current company that gave me chance to learn and contribute for more than 10 years. Currently I am Internal Control Analyst for almost 2 years. In this role I learned how to solve the issue by deep dive on the root cause, define the action plan, drive to close the action, and keep it sustain and documented via SOP. I also help and guide people on their control issue, and it feels good when their issue has been solved. Outside work, I am learning on how to be a gardener. It sparks joy when I see the plant grow healthy, beautiful, and has grown their sprout.
