With over two years of experience, including 18 months at PT. Primafood International, I've cultivated a strong foundation in financial services and customer relations. I'm a hardworking and adaptable individual who takes every opportunity to learn and grow, always dedicating myself fully to any task at hand. At PT. Primafood International, I honed my customer service skills, managing interactions and transactions with efficiency and a keen eye for detail. My internships at institutions like Bank Indonesia, BCA Syariah, and BJB Syariah provided me with valuable insights and practical skills. At BCA Syariah, I was responsible for managing document flow and ensuring financial data accuracy, while at BJB Syariah, I contributed to a 20% increase in back-office efficiency.
