I have dedicated nearly my entire career to sales, with over 19 years of experience in the field. In my most recent role as a Sales Manager at FANN ympäristötekniikka Oy, specialized in wastewater treatment technology, PE-plastic tanks and chambers, waste water treatment units, and vacuum toilet applications for consumers in Finland. I worked closely with a diverse and skilled group of clients—including wholesalers, planners and installers. With a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering specializing in environmental technology, I have leveraged my technical expertise to provide clients with expert advice and effective solutions, ensuring their challenges are addressed with precision and care. Over the years, I have honed strong competencies in customer relationship management, business-to-business sales, and account management, enabling me to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, I have served chairman of the board in DTS Finland Oy since June 2023, a role that reflects the trust my peers place in me as a reliable and principled leader. Although I am not naturally extroverted and often need time to recharge after social interactions, I have thrived in sales by focusing on listening to clients and genuinely striving to solve their problems and create value for them. It brings me immense satisfaction to know that the information and solutions I provide can make a tangible difference in their lives and work. I value honesty, directness, and fairness, while remaining encouraging and attentive. In my view, a team’s success comes first—like in team sports—where individual achievements are collective victories because in a great team everyone supports one another.
