With over 9 years of experience with emphasis in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering design, R&D, Production and technical sales for pharmaceutical, laboratory, hospital, institutional, and commercial projects. Experience includes preparing chilled water, tower water, heating hot water, hydraulic piping systems, plant utility distribution systems, piping and instrumentation diagrams, custom and modular air–handling unit design, ductwork and air distribution systems, airflow and instrumentation diagrams, HVAC load calculations, HVAC equipment evaluation and selection, detailed energy studies and economic analysis, and drafting of technical reports. Currently,working as a Technical Engineer 1.R410A, R407C & R134A Refrigeration System for Chillers, Package Units, Air Handling units, Fan coil units & Develop Condensing Units from design conceptualisation up to product launching. Laboratory testing activities including planning and executing product qualification test for T1, T3 and AHRI conditions. 2.Provide technical & commercial support to the distributor network and sales office (equipment submittals, quotation, drawings, piping and instrument diagram). 3.Refrigerant components and their accessories for Chiller and Package unit’s / Condensing units. Review validate Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Report and give solutions and recommendation for motor's, blower's and pulley selection. 5.To ensure that relevant international product certifications are continually maintained and meet the certification requirements.(SASO,AHRI,UL,EUROVENT,ASHRAE). 6.Prepare material costing/product selling percentage analysis for project quotations. 7.Compute cooling capacity, EER, COP, IEER of HVAC equipment by means of capacity and mass flow balance between compressor, evaporator and condenser. Specialties: AutoCAD, HAP, Carrier E-20,Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Power Point. Advanced author/designer of numerous HVAC Engineering Spreadsheets; using a combination of Visual Basic for Applications, formulas and validation procedures. Additionally, Analysis Software, PsyChart, Heatcraft Coil Selection,Unilab coil selection etc.
