I practice a dual approach of observation & gathering data to guide teams in finding their flow, allowing me to operate on both strategic and tactical levels. I have worked with teams in web, mobile & cloud technologies delivering incremental products with cross-functional teams spanning finance, banking, agency, AR/VR, insurance & telecommunication- WHAT I STAND FOR: My goal is to lead by example in utilizing the skills & knowledge I have gained over the years in the tech sector by being open about my journey - so that it will guide people into realizing fruitful lives within careers in tech. 🤔 Does this sound familiar?
