About Quadon McCullough

As the Director of Program Operations at St. Joseph's Villa, I oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of the Sarah Dooley Center for Autism, an educational program for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder. I have more than fifteen years of experience in the individual and family services industry, where I have developed and implemented effective programs and policies to support the needs and goals of our clients and staff. I hold a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Capella University, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am skilled in Microsoft Office, customer service, leadership, event planning, and nonprofit organizations. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment for our program participants and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence among our team. My mission is to enhance the quality of life and opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families.
